Hopkins Clinic Celebrates 24 Years of Service

Looking back it is hard to believe that it has been 24 years since I first opened the doors to our Hopkins office. I was a 25 year old and had a little over 2 years worth of extremely valuable experience working with my two older brothers in our St Paul office. They taught me absolutely everything I needed to know in order to make a go of it, but I remember being so nervous of failure that I could hardly sleep at night. I remember sitting in my car and looking at the sign above the door wondering if I would still be here 20 years later.

By the grace of God  I decided to open a clinic in the community of Hopkins and was immediately welcomed by the residents and fellow business owners. Before I knew it I was a member of the Hopkins Lions and soon after joined the Elks lodge and Hopkins JC's. By the time my brother Dan graduated from chiropractic college and joined me in January of 1988 I knew this town was going to be my home for many years to come. I absolutely loved the hometown feel of Hopkins and was eager to contribute to the community in any way I could. Over the years Dan and I both served on numerous business and city committees including the Hopkins-Minnetonka Park Board and the Hopkins Planning and Zoning Commission.

I am extremely grateful for the support we have received over the years that has made our successful practice possible. We have treated thousands of wonderful patients over the last 24 years. I often tell people that my time in the office feels more like a social event than it does like work. I simply could not ask for a better career.

Wednesday February 9th is our anniversary date and the kick off for our Patient Appreciation Month. Please feel free to stop in for some cake and coffee and check out what we have planned for the rest of the month.
